Terms & Conditions (AGB)
General
1.1 These terms and conditions ("AGB") govern your use of the SquareBracket programming language interpreter ("Interpreter") provided by Patrick De Smet ("Provider").
1.2 By downloading or using the Interpreter, you agree to be bound by these AGB. If you do not agree to these AGB, please refrain from using the Interpreter.
Use of Interpreter
2.1 The Interpreter is provided for general programming purposes only. The Provider does not guarantee the suitability, accuracy, or reliability of the Interpreter for any specific application.
2.2 You may use the Interpreter for personal or commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these AGB and applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
3.1 The Interpreter and any associated documentation, including but not limited to source code, texts, graphics, and images, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of the Provider.
3.2 You may modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the Interpreter without prior written consent from the Provider according to the license information on GitHub.
Disclaimer of Liability
4.1 The Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use or inability to use the Interpreter, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
4.2 The Provider does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Interpreter and does not assume any responsibility for any technical issues, data loss, or security breaches.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
5.1 These AGB shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
5.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to these AGB shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
Modifications to the AGB
6.1 The Provider reserves the right to modify or update these AGB at any time without prior notice.
6.2 It is your responsibility to regularly review these AGB to ensure compliance with the most current version.
By using the Interpreter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these AGB.
